Bangladesh beats Sri Lanka by 8 wickets in second T20: Nazmul Hussain Shanto's half-century; Three match series tied at 1-1

Bangladesh captain Nazmul Hossain Shanto led the way with an unbeaten half-century as Bangladesh leveled the three-match T20I series 1-1 with an eight-wicket win against Sri Lanka on Wednesday. The last match of the series will be held on March 9.

On Wednesday, host Bangladesh won the toss and chose to field first at Sylhet ground. While batting, Sri Lanka scored 165 runs for 5 wickets in 20 overs. In reply, Bangladesh chased the target by losing 2 wickets in 18.1 overs.

Captain Shanto played an unbeaten inning of 53 runs for the team and also hit the winning shot in the form of fours.
