Fourth win of Mumbai Indians in WPL-2: Beat UP Warriors by 42 runs, double performance of Natalie Seaver-Brunt

In WPL-2 on Thursday, Mumbai Indians won by 42 runs over UP Warriors. This is the team's fourth win after playing 6 matches.

Mumbai won the toss and chose to bat at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. The team scored 160 runs losing 6 wickets in 20 overs. In reply, UP could score only 118 runs after losing 9 wickets in 20 overs. Mumbai's Natalie Seaver Brunt did a double. Brunt scored 45 runs while batting. Deepti Sharma extended the innings from one end and remained unbeaten after scoring 53 runs in 36 balls. Whereas, Rajeshwari Gaikwad remained at the crease with him after scoring 1 run. The team could score only 118 runs.

Saika Ishaq 3 wickets
Mumbai bowler Saika Ishaq got 3 wickets. Whereas, Natalie Seaver Brunt took 2 wickets. Shabnim Ismail, Haley Mathews, Pooja Vastrakar and Sajeevan Sanjana got 1 wicket each.

Mumbai came second in the points table
Mumbai Indians have moved from third to second in the points table. Along with Delhi, it has maximum 8 points. UP remains at number four.
