Taapsee Pannu has always been openly expressing her views on the camp culture, outsiders debate and nepotism going on in the industry. Recently, Taapsee told in an interview given to Zoom that she does not get a place in big films only because she is not a part of any camp. She says that going to late night parties can get a place in those camps, but she does not like to be a part of any such party.

Taapsee has said, There are many Bollywood camps here. Nepotism, which we talk about, the problem is that people do not easily get a place in those camps. If any big budget film is being made, then I am sure that no one will insult me and say that I am not fit for that role, but yes, I will not be given a part in that film, because my name is not enough to reach there. Will be given and names of people from the camp will be suggested.

You will get work if you attend parties after 10 pm – Taapsee

He further said, The bitter truth is that big films are achieved only by having access and I don't have the access to reach that place. Film parties are the only way through which one can become a part of those camps. You socialize with those people, then you become friends with them and then they give you work. That's fine, but to do this you have to go to parties after 10 pm, but for me this is a very tiring process. I can't do this. Instead of doing this, I achieve films by working harder and doing good work.

Taapsee Pannu will be seen in 3 films
