Mumbai was all out for 418 runs in the second innings against Vidarbha in the final of Ranji Trophy 2023-24. Mumbai had a lead of 119 runs in the second innings. On this basis, Vidarbha has got the target of 538 runs to win. By the end of the day's play, Vidarbha had scored 10 runs without any loss in the second innings. Atharva Tayde 3 and Dhruv Shorey 7 returned not out.

Musheer Khan's century
On Tuesday, Mumbai started play with a score of 141/2 at the Wankhede Stadium. Captain Ajinkya Rahane 58 and Sarfaraz Khan's brother Musheer Khan increased their score to 51 runs. Musheer Khan scored the most runs for the team. He played an innings of 136 runs on 326 balls. Shreyash Iyer scored 95 runs on 111 balls. Rahane scored 75 runs. Whereas Shams Mulani played an unbeaten inning of 50 runs.

No player could play big innings for Vidarbha
No player could play a big innings for Vidarbha in the first innings. Yash Rathore scored the maximum 27 runs for team one. Apart from him, Atharva Tayde scored 23 runs and Aditya Thackeray scored 19 runs. For Mumbai, Dhawal Kulkarni, Shams Mulani and Tanush Kotian took three wickets each. Shardul Thakur also got one wicket.
