Madan Singh taking charge of Kanpur Authority.

After 9 months finally Kanpur Development Authority got the Vice Chairman. Late yesterday evening, the government had appointed Madan Singh Gabryal to the post of KDA VC. Reaching around 9 am today, he took charge of the authority. Before taking charge, senior KDA officials welcomed him.

DM was in charge, no appointment was made to the post of KDA VC.
