Role and Responsibility:
- Delivering excellent customer service through various communication channels (phone, email and live chat). Along with this, meeting the needs of the customers (guests and partners).
- Professionally handling high volume inquiries from clients and customers.
- Candidate will be accountable for meeting individual and meeting team goals.
- Understanding and delivering business strategy. Additionally, improving customer service through self-service execution.
- Drive continuous improvement in work process improvement.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the team manager.
- Maintain the confidentiality of customer information at all times.
- Perform office based administrative duties as and when required.
Educational Qualification:
