The second match of the Indian Premier League-2024 was in the name of Punjab Kings. The team defeated Delhi Capitals by 4 wickets. During this match on Saturday at Maharaja Yadvendra Singh Stadium in Mohali, the comeback of wicketkeeper batsman Rishabh Pant and explosive innings of young Abhishek Porel were seen. Pant returned to competitive cricket 449 days after the car accident.

7. Ishant clean bowled Dhawan
