The video shows a woman rolling out perfectly round and small pooris without using a rolling pin. Take a look.

The Internet is full of time-saving kitchen hacks. Chapatis, pranthas, and pooris go well with curry-based dishes and halwa. But preparing them every day can be a tiring chore. Rolling a perfectly round chapati effortlessly requires some skill and a lot of practice. Many people struggle to make round pooris or rotis in a short time. Recently, a video of a woman making round pooris that too without a rolling pin has created a buzz on the internet.

The clip features a woman who can be seen making equal-sized balls of kneaded dough and placing them on a plastic sheet. She places the dough balls away from each other so that when they are flattened, they do not stick to each other. As the video progresses, she can be seen covering the dough with the other half of the plastic sheet and pressing each one with the rolling board. Later, she deep fries those small and round pooris. The video was posted by an Instagram user Ruchi Kewat (@itz_ruchi___123). Sharing the video, the user wrote, “बिना बेलन की पूरी (Pooris without rolling pin).”
