A sudden fire broke out in the harvested crop in the field on Wednesday afternoon in village Dongrakalan under Narahat police station of Lalitpur district. On receiving information about the incident, the farmer reached the spot and somehow extinguished the fire, but by the time the fire was extinguished, the crop already harvested in about one acre was burnt to ashes. The farmer has accused a youth of the village of setting fire and demanded action.
