In Maharajganj, the police laid siege to Gram Sabha Mahuawa of Sonauli Kotwali area and seized 13 bundles of cloth worth lakhs of rupees which were kept in unclaimed condition. Along with this, during checking at the border, the police has also recovered a consignment of English liquor being sent to Nepal through smuggling.
