'OTT content is full of obscenity and indecency': Veteran actor Ranjeet said – can't watch sitting in front of family and staff

Yesteryear's veteran actor Ranjeet has worked in 500 films in his career, but he himself is not fond of watching films. He might have seen only 10-15 of his own films. Recently, during an interview, Ranjeet talked about the content of OTT platform. Ranjeet says, 'OTT content seems full of obscenity and indecency. The language of these series is also quite indecent, which you cannot watch sitting in front of your family and staff.
Ranjeet is famous for playing the role of villain in Hindi films. In films, he has played such villain roles that the audience used to hate seeing them. In fact, people often looked at her with hatred because of the molestation scenes she played. He has been maintaining distance from acting for a long time.
Recently during an interview he talked about the content of OTT platform. Ranjit said- 'I watched two-three web series during Covid, out of which there were Indian and international shows. After that I stopped watching OTT shows. It seems that the main scene has been replaced with item songs, molestation scenes.
Anyway, Ranjeet has not been fond of watching films since the beginning. He doesn't like to watch his own movies. Ranjeet said- 'I must have seen only 10-15 of my own films. Often, when I was called for the premiere of films, I used to lie to people that the films for which I came to premiere were flops. People used to get scared and say that it is okay to send your wife.
Ranjeet says, 'For the first time I went to the premiere of my film 'Sharmili' in Delhi with my parents. As soon as the scene of tearing Rakhi's clothes started in the film, he left the film and went home. Mom said angrily that he should never come to the house again. I explained a lot to my mother that all this is acting, nothing like this happens in real life. After a lot of explaining, mother's anger calmed down.
