Actually, construction cannot be done in the notified areas of Greater Noida without the permission of the authority. In this regard, information is given continuously by the authority, but due to the attraction of owning their own house, some people are falling into the trap of colonizers and taking away their hard-earned money. They try to build houses by purchasing land in illegal colonies. As soon as it comes to notice, the authority takes action to demolish these illegal constructions.

The construction will be demolished by running a campaign
To take effective action against encroachment, CEO of Greater Noida Authority NG Ravi Kumar has ordered to demolish the constructions by running a campaign. Before demolition, Greater Noida Authority has issued notices under Section 10 to 350 people who have done illegal construction, in which instructions have been given to immediately remove the illegal constructions. These notices have been issued by Work Circle 1 and 2 of the Project Department of the Authority.

The authority has already taken action several times
These include about 176 people doing illegal construction on the land of Haibatpur in the submergence area along the banks of Hindon. The remaining notices are from Sunpura village. Even before this, action has been taken by the authority by issuing notices against illegal construction in many villages. Greater Noida Authority’s ACEO Annapurna Garg has made it clear that no one is allowed to construct in the notified area. Strict action will be taken against those who do so.
