The parents of a minor boy living in a village in Kairana area, who reached the office of DM Shamli Ravindra Singh in the district collectorate with a complaint, told that their son is not even educated. Nothing works but it turns out that he was running a mobile application called Instagram on the phone. Through which he became friends with a girl and now she has come and settled at home as a bride.
