Lucknow Development Authority is going to bring many new schemes to sell its vacant flats. In this, the Vice President directed the Transaction Advisor to check the apartments in which more flats are vacant. They include reviewing the cost of buildings, carpet area etc.

High demand for 4 BHK flats
The Vice President said that at present there is more demand for 4 BHK flats. In such a situation, two 2 BHK flats in Ashlesha, Bharani and Megha apartments located in Kanpur Road Scheme can be sold by combining two 2 BHK flats. For this, he instructed the officers posted in PIU cell to prepare a proposal. Also, instructions were given to prepare a proposal to prepare a studio flat in Rashmi Lok Apartment.
The Vice President said that while preparing the proposal, it should be mandatory to test the structure and strength of the flats. Apart from this, apartments in which civil works are incomplete or sub-standard. In these, a joint team of PIU and engineering should inspect the site and find the shortcomings and wherever improvements are required, an estimate should be prepared and the works should be completed as soon as possible.
