These days, Manisha Koirala, who is in the news after appearing in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s series Heeramandi, has recently met UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak. Manisha had received an invitation to 10 Downing Street in London to celebrate 100 years of UK-Nepal friendly relations. While sharing some pictures with Rishi Sunak, Manisha has said that it is an honor for her.

Manisha Koirala recently shared some glimpses of her meeting with Rishi Sunak on her official Instagram account. Sharing the pictures, she wrote, It is an honor for me to receive the invitation from 10 Downing Street to celebrate 100 years of United Kingdom-Nepal relations and our friendship. It is a great pleasure to hear about Nepal from Prime Minister Rishi Sunak. Taking the liberty, I have invited PM Rishi Sunak and his family to trek to Everest Base Camp. Would you believe that most of the people who came here saw Hiramandi and they liked it very much. I am thrilled.

This is the second time Manisha Koirala has worked with Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Earlier, she had worked with him in the 1996 film Khamoshi. Talking about films, Manisha Koirala’s last theatrical film was Shahzada. In this film released in 2023, Manisha played the role of Kartik Aryan’s mother.
