USA beat Bangladesh in second consecutive T20: Won the three-match series with a 6-run win; Ali Khan took 3 wickets

For the first time, USA has won a series against a team ranked among the top ten T20 nations.

USA has given indications of an upset by winning the T20 series against Bangladesh before the T20 World Cup. USA defeated Bangladesh by 6 runs in the second T20 match played at Prairie View Cricket Complex in Houston.

USA has taken a 2-0 lead in the three T20 match series. This is the first time that USA has defeated Bangladesh in a series of any format. Batting first, USA scored 144 runs for the loss of 6 wickets. In reply, the entire Bangladesh team returned to the pavilion after scoring 138 runs in 19.3 overs.

After losing the toss and batting first, USA opener Steven Taylor and captain Monank Patel gave a good start to the team and added 44 runs for the first wicket.
