On Monday, the ADJ in the Civil Court in Sultanpur appeared very strict. He imposed a fine of Rs 500 on the accused for not cross examining the plaintiff in the case of murder of four people in Gungwach of Amethi district.

Assistant Government Advocate Vijay Shankar Shukla said that the incident took place on March 15, 2022 at 4 pm. At that time Hanuman Prasad was getting gravel dumped on his land. At the same time, Ramdulare, Akhilesh, Brijesh and Chhotu, Nitin Tiwari, Rama Shankar Pradhan, Asha Tiwari etc. started beating Hanuman Prasad with sticks and iron rods.
Application for not cross examining
Hearing the cries, Sankatha, Amresh Parvati, Dhannu Devi and Rajkumar came to rescue them but they were also beaten. Sankatha Parvati, Amresh and Hanuman Prasad died due to the injuries. Amarjeet filed an FIR. The hearing of this case is going on in the court of ADJ Jalal Mohammad Akbar. Amarjeet Yadav reached the court with his lawyer Santosh Pandey, but the defense lawyer had given an application for not cross-examining and to give time. The judge imposed a fine and fixed the next hearing as 30 May.
