The belief of Bada Mangal starting is associated with the old Hanuman temple of Aliganj. In Lucknow, on Bada Mangal, there is a huge crowd in Hanuman temples from morning till late night. Darshan is done in the temple, but people reach the Bhandaars to get the Prasad. There will be a fair-like scene outside the temples.
Shiv Lakhan, the organizer of the bhandaara, says- Our bhandaara is being organized for the first time. The taste of the vegetables in the bhandaara here is such that people automatically extend their hands for another dona. Both people walking on foot and those traveling in cars participate in our bhandaara.
