Both the miscreants were shot in the leg
Police got information that Kailash and his friend were waiting to go somewhere from Kamla Nagar. Police formed teams and surrounded both of them. Both tried to run away. In the encounter, both of them got shot in their legs. Kailash’s partner Mohan is a resident of Katra Wazir Khan. During interrogation, both of them told about their partner Sonu. Sonu is a resident of Mathura. Kailash told the police that he was in debt. He is a supervisor of laborers. He had made complete planning to repay the debt. He knew that Prem Prakash returns around nine in the night. There is gold, silver and cash in the house. After the incident, all three hid in Manoharpura. In the encounter, a policeman also got shot in the hand.

Kailash told the police that he reached Prem Prakash’s house with his friends. When they rang the bell, Manju Gupta opened the door. Manju Gupta went into the kitchen. She was cooking in the kitchen. Kailash strangled Manju Gupta with a dupatta in the kitchen itself. After this, he looted the house. He took the jewellery kept in the cupboard. Many of which were fake.
