In Shahjahanpur, a speeding DCM hit a tractor trolley on the state highway and fell on an auto going on the other side of the divider. In the accident, two labourers sitting in the auto died on the spot. While seven people were seriously injured.

The police admitted all the injured to the hospital. In the presence of the family members, the Panchnama of the bodies was filled and they were sent for postmortem. Both the labourers were coming to the city to work. After the accident, the family is inconsolable.
50-year-old Harpal, a resident of Raura village of Thana Sehramau South area and 35-year-old Ramakant, a resident of the town, were coming to the city by auto to work as laborers. Seven other passengers were also sitting in the auto. As soon as the auto reached near Bibipur village, a high-speed DCM hit the tractor trolley. The collision was so strong that the DCM fell on the auto going on the other side of the divider.
The DCM overturned on the auto, killing two people.
Police got the passengers out
The police reached the spot and pulled out all the passengers trapped in the auto, in which Harpal and Ramakant died on the spot. While seven other passengers were also injured. The police immediately admitted all the injured to the Government Medical College in an ambulance. Where they are being treated. The tractor and DCM lying in the middle of the road on the highway were removed with the help of a crane. CO Sadar Amit Chaurasia said that the bodies have been sent for post-mortem.
