There was a bloody clash this afternoon between two parties operating bulldozers over filling up soil in Ganpatpur Badhapur village of Jasrathpur police station area of Etah district. The dispute over filling up soil with the bulldozer escalated so much that the domineering bulldozer operator of one party attacked the other party.

Both the people injured by the bullets fired during the firing have been admitted to Etah District Medical College. Where the doctors have referred both the injured to Agra after first aid. Both the youths have got pellets in their head and chest. As soon as the information about the firing incident was received, a large number of police forces reached the spot. Every aspect of the incident is being investigated thoroughly.
Bulldozer driver threatened to shoot over phone, audio surfaced
Udayveer and Vishwanath Pratap Singh, residents of Badhapur village of Jasrathpur police station area, both do the work of illegal mining using JCB and digging the foundation by filling soil. An old rivalry is also being reported between the two parties. Audio of the conversation between Randeep, son of Uday Pal, who was injured by the bullet, and Rajkumar of the other party and the threat of shooting has also surfaced. In the audio, a conversation is taking place between Randeep of the injured party and Rajkumar of the other party. Rajkumar is saying Why are you spoiling the rates of soil filling. I have parked my JCB, now you try driving it. You and your father should go out on the road built in the village and see. While threatening to shoot, Rajkumar threatened to teach them a lesson. During the conversation, Rajkumar is also heard threatening the landlord.
The victim accused the police of not taking action
Randeep, who was injured by the bullet, said that he was standing outside his house when Rajkumar and his brother V P Singh and Lala, Chhannu came to my house firing from illegal weapons. I and my brother got shot in the firing. We have an old rivalry with Rajkumar’s family, the rivalry has been going on since the time of my grandfather and father. There are 150 to 200 people in Rajkumar’s family and we are alone.
Seven-eight days ago, Rakumar chased me in Etah and threatened to shoot me. I complained about this to the police but the police did not listen to me. Last night also these people came to my house and fired shots. When I complained about this to the police, the police came and threatened us and went back.
The uncle of the injured, Udayveer Singh, said that both my nephews have been shot. Rajpal Singh, Vishwanath, Seth, Channu, Vipin of the same village have shot them. Our family has an old rivalry with the opposition party. These people murdered my father in 1979. I and my brother were very young, so we were unable to take any action.
Earlier in the year 1979, there was firing between our two parties and two people from the opposing party were shot and an FIR was lodged against me. Today both my nephews were sitting outside the house. Yesterday evening also these people came to my house firing from illegal weapons but the villagers intervened.
The police came to the spot and after pacifying the other party went back. Today again these people attacked; two nephews have been shot and both are injured. Doctors have said that the condition of one nephew is serious.
Police said- action will be taken after receiving the complaint
On the matter, police station in-charge Om Prakash said that there was a dispute between two parties and firing also took place. Both the parties operate JCV and take contracts for soil filling. There was a dispute over taking work by reducing the price of filling of each other. After getting the information, the police reached the spot. Legal action will be taken after receiving the complaint.
