In Auraiya, a cleanliness drive was carried out at the cremation grounds under Yamuna cleaning on Sunday. In a unique initiative, the committee members collected the garbage with the help of cleaning equipment and destroyed it by burning it. After the cleaning drive, the public problems of the Yamuna banks were discussed.

Under this, the founder of the committee, Anand Nath Gupta Advocate, said that the rising temperature above 48 degrees is posing a threat to the lives of common people, animals and birds roaming on the earth and all living beings. The threat of environmental balance is increasing due to the continuous indiscriminate cutting and destruction of trees and forest wealth on earth, people should plant as many trees as possible keeping in mind the rising temperature.
If the plants grow and turn into trees, then the temperature of the weather will definitely decrease, due to which the life of all living beings will remain healthy and happy, healthy human life can be imagined only with environmental balance.
Keeping in view the environmental protection (reduction in the use of wood), the founder of the committee has demanded from the state government and the district administration to establish an electric crematorium on the banks of the Yamuna, Auraiya. He said that as per the talks held yesterday with the Chairman of the Nagar Palika Parishad, the work of boring will be started very soon for the installation of a large water cooler in the cremation ground premises.

In the cleanliness drive and meeting, the prominent people present were Shekhar Gupta, who had retired from the bank, Tej Bahadur Verma, former councillor Pankaj Mishra, Santosh Kushwaha, Sunil Awasthi, Anoop Bishnoi, Himanshu Dubey, Satish Porwal, Rajjan Balmiki, Ram Prasad and Ajay Balmiki etc.
