BJP candidate Devendra Singh Bhole has won from Akbarpur Lok Sabha. SP’s Rajaram Pal has faced defeat. The total number of votes received has not come yet. BJP members are celebrating the victory. They are dancing after distributing laddus. On the other hand, the defeat was predicted in the afternoon itself.

The result of Akbarpur seat could not be declared till late evening. Counting of all 32 rounds has been completed. But there is a delay as the list of votes received is not fully prepared. In the current situation, BJP is leading. Two-time MP Devendra Singh Bhole is going to become MP for the third time on this seat. He is leading by 44345 votes over SP candidate Rajaram Pal. Bhole got 517423 votes and Rajaram got 473078 votes.

Akbarpur Lok Sabha seat witnessed 57.28% polling

There was 57.28% voting in the Akbarpur Lok Sabha seat. Counting will be completed in 32 rounds in the Akbarpur seat. 1050 polling personnel have been deployed for counting. There are 18,69,167 voters in the five assembly constituencies of the Akbarpur Lok Sabha constituency. This time 11,79,997 votes were cast in the five assembly constituencies here. 10 candidates have contested the election on this seat. Here a close contest is expected between Devendra Singh Bhole, who has been made the candidate for the third consecutive time from the BJP, and Rajaram Pal, the candidate of the Samajwadi Party (India Alliance). Here 10 candidates are in the fray, including Rajesh Dwivedi from the BSP.

Result for Nagar seat will come first

Counting of votes will be done simultaneously in both the Lok Sabha constituencies but due to the higher number of booths in Akbarpur Lok Sabha constituency, the result of Kanpur Nagar Lok Sabha will come first. Five assembly constituencies are linked to Nagar and Akbarpur Lok Sabha constituencies.

Saving the bail will be a big challenge

Most of the 10 candidates contesting from Akbarpur Lok Sabha constituency face a big challenge to save their deposit. Candidates from Akbarpur Lok Sabha constituency will have to secure 1,79,997 votes to save their deposit.

Prohibition on carrying mobile phones

There will be a ban on carrying mobile phones in the counting premises. Arrangements have been made for people to deposit their phones with Naubasta Galla Mandi SBI Bank. The mobile holder will be given a token number so that he can get his mobile back. There will also be a ban on carrying ink pens. Apart from this, explosive materials, inflammable substances, mobile phones will also not be allowed. MLAs and public representatives will also not be able to enter the counting place.

760 personnel were deployed for counting of votes

According to the election office, 760 workers have been deployed for the counting of votes. Preparations are being made in the Galla Mandi premises for the counting of votes. It was told that 52 strong rooms have been made in the Galla Mandi site. 16 tables will be set up at the Akbarpur seat.

There will be a ban on carrying lighters and matches

During the vote counting in Galla Mandi, candidates, their agents and policemen will not be able to carry inflammable materials, lidders, matchboxes, bidi cigarettes and mobile phones in the rooms. There will be a three-tier security system in Galla Mandi.

4 thousand police personnel will be deployed

Every person coming and going will be monitored through CCTV cameras. Two DCPs, four ADCPs, eight ACPs along with four thousand police personnel and one and a half companies of PAC will be deployed during the counting of votes.

Security of counting place in three layers
The three-layer security at the counting venue has been divided into inner cadre, middle cadre and outer cadre. Paramilitary forces will be in the inner cadre. PAC jawans will be deployed in the middle cadre and civil police will be deployed in the outer cadre. Security personnel will always be alert.

Vehicles will be parked 200 meters away
The entire counting venue including the strong room has been equipped with CCTV. Vehicles of people coming to the counting venue will be parked 200 metres away. Police officers and the District Election Officer will inspect the preparations from time to time.

Only candidates and election agents will be allowed entry
Very strict security arrangements have been made at the counting venue. Only the candidates and their election agents will be allowed to enter the inner circle of the counting venue. Apart from the counting staff, only the officials on counting duty will be allowed to enter here. Apart from this, no one else will be allowed to enter the inner circle.

Action will be taken on taking out victory procession
There will be a ban on the victory procession of the winning candidate and his supporters. Crowds will not be allowed to gather around the counting venue. The police have made special arrangements for this. The entire area will be converted into a cantonment by the police from 5 am on the day of counting.

Counting of votes for Akbarpur Lok Sabha will be done in two halls
First hall: Akbarpur Lok Sabha constituency – 44 Akbarpur (Maharajpur, Ghatampur)
Second Hall: Akbarpur Lok Sabha-44 (Bithoor, Kalyanpur) and Lok Sabha 32 (Bilhaur)
