Mohanlalganj police arrested a clever thief from Sushant Golf City on Tuesday. The stolen bike has also been recovered from the accused. Inspector Alok Rao said that on Tuesday Bhagukheda outpost in-charge Avnish Kumar Mishra along with the police team arrested a thief from Ratauli.

The police team chased and caught the youth along with the bike and brought him to the police station. On strict interrogation, he told his name as Manoj Prajapati, resident of Morang Mandi, Transport Nagar, Lucknow. He confessed to stealing it from in front of a house in Sarswa, Arjunganj on May 1. After this, the police traced the bike owner Anurag Singh and informed him about the stolen bike. The police registered a case against the cunning thief under the recovery section and presented him in the court. From here he was sent to jail.
