A shocking incident has come to light in Meerut. Where a dead man’s car was sold by making fake signatures. The deceased’s daughter-in-law has filed a complaint against the accused and demanded action. At the same time, the CO and the police station have been accused of not taking action under pressure from the accused.

A woman resident of Topkhana of Lalkurti police station says that she was married to a young man from Shastrinagar 21 years ago. Her father-in-law died on 27 May 2012 and her husband died during the Corona period. Then the woman started living in her maternal home. The woman’s father, advocate Ved Prakash Sharma, alleges that his daughter’s mother-in-law and sister-in-law have sold her car by showing forged signature of her dead father-in-law.

After investigation, ADG issued orders for prosecution

The father and daughter reached Nauchandi police station with a complaint. It is alleged that the police filed a report by misleading the officers by calling the case a domestic dispute. After this, the father and daughter complained about the case to the ADG. ADG Dhruvkant Singh has ordered a case after investigation.

CO and Nauchandi police station are working under pressure from the accused- victim

The victim and her advocate father allege that CO Nauchandi and the Nauchandi police station are working under pressure from the accused. He said that the accused have high connections and hence the police is not hearing the case. If we do not get justice, we will organize a big protest along with the lawyers.
