The bodies of a couple were found in a closed house in Kanpur on Wednesday. When the couple was not seen outside the house for the whole day, the neighbors knocked on their door. When there was no response from inside, the police was informed. The police entered inside by breaking the roof door. The police saw that the bodies of the couple were found in the kitchen.

The couple lived alone and had no children
Chhail Bihari Dhanuk (75) and his wife Sushma Dhanuk (70) lived in Srinagar. They had no children. 15 years ago, Chhail Bihari retired from the post of boiler mechanic from the Moradabad railways.
During police interrogation, it was found that both the people were suffering from blood pressure and diabetes. The police also questioned the doctor who was treating them. After this, the police informed the relatives of the couple through their mobile and then sent the body for post-mortem.
The neighbours informed the police.
Forensic team inspected
DCP Central RS Gautam said that the door was locked from inside. There was no way to go inside from anywhere. Therefore, there is no possibility of any untoward incident. The doctor who was treating the patient has also been contacted. The forensic team has also reached the spot and inspected the crime scene and collected evidence. The real cause of death will be known after the postmortem report comes.

There is a temple outside Chhail Bihari’s house, which Chhail Bihari used to clean every day. Today when the temple looked dirty, the neighbours went to Chhail Bihari’s house, but when there was no sound from inside, they suspected something untoward.
