The final order has come to confiscate the property of the accused in the triple murder case that took place in February in Malihabad area of Lucknow. In which the property of the father-son together will be confiscated worth Rs 33 crore. This order was given on 7 March 2024. After the order, the accused will be given the right to confiscate the property.

According to the information, on 2 February 2024, Siraj Ahmed Khan alias Lallan, son of late Khalil Ahmed, a resident of Mohammadnagar Malihabad, and his son Faraz Ahmed Khan, along with their companions, killed three people in broad daylight. Siraj was having a dispute with his cousin over three bighas of land. Which was to be measured. But before the measurement, Lallan reached Farid Khan’s house with his son Faraz and another youth. As soon as he got off the car, he started arguing with Farid. Meanwhile, hearing the commotion, Farid’s younger brother Munir, Farid’s wife Farheen Farro (40) and son Hanjala (15) came out of the house and started mediating.
He lost his life in the Mahilabad murder case in a dispute over 3 bighas of land.
First there was a scuffle, then three were shot
During this Lallan’s son Faraz pushes Farheen. On this Munir catches Faraz. Meanwhile Faraz starts firing continuously. As soon as the bullet is fired there is a stampede. The first bullet hits Munir. After that Faraz shoots Hanjala who is standing in the lobby of the house. When Farheen reaches her son Faraz shoots her too. All three die on the spot. After this Lallan escapes with his son Faraz sitting in the wire.
Three accused in the case went to jail.
Such dominance in the area that people are afraid to complain
The police engaged in investigation arrested all of them. Police investigation revealed that Siraj Ahmed, along with his associates, commits crimes like assault, abuse, attempt to murder, murder. Siraj has spread so much terror in the area that no one has the courage to complain against him. Siraj entered the world of crime in the year 1973. Gradually, he formed his own organized gang. He started leading this gang himself. Along with his gang, he started committing crimes for financial gain. A total of 18 criminal cases are registered in Chowk, Malihabad, Wazirganj, Kakori and Hardoi.
In the police investigation, property worth Rs 10 crore 72 lakh 95 thousand was found. The current value of which is Rs 28 crore 82 lakh. Siraj was found to have no other source of earning all this property except crime. In this connection, property worth Rs 88 lakh 8 thousand of Chirag’s son Faraz was found. The current value of which is Rs 4 crore 16 lakh 61 thousand. The source of which is earning money through crime. In view of the evidence provided to the prosecution officer, an order was given to finally confiscate the properties on June 10.
