On Tuesday, two bikes collided head-on in Bijnor. Three youths riding on both the bikes were seriously injured in the accident. All three injured were admitted to the hospital. Where the doctor declared one youth dead. While seeing the critical condition of the two injured, the doctor ordered the arrest of the youth.

Pankaj Kumar, son of Ashok Kumar (26), a resident of Asmoli town in Sambhal, had gone to offer Prasad at Kotdwar Uttarakhand Siddh Bali Temple along with his cousin Bharat, son of Umesh, a resident of Asmoli town in Sambhal. Both were returning home on their bike after offering the Prasad. When their bike reached near the Ashram in village Phulsunda on the Nahtaur Kotwali Dehat Road, it collided with a bike coming from the front. The collision was so severe that all three bike riders were seriously injured. The injured were admitted to the CHC by passersby, where the doctor declared Bharat dead. Seeing the serious condition of both the injured Amit and Pankaj, they were referred to the district hospital.
body sent for postmortem
On receiving the information, the police took the body in their custody and sent it for postmortem and started legal action. Nahtaur Kotwal Dharmendra Singh Solanki said that the youth’s family has been informed. The police is taking legal action.
