An FIR has been filed against a husband and wife in Bareilly for demanding extortion money of Rs 5 lakh. The police have filed this case at Subhashnagar police station on the orders of the SSP. The police have started further investigation. The entire matter is related to the elections.

BJP leader filed a case

Aryendra Mishra, a resident of Ramchandrapuram Colony of Subhash Nagar police station area, told the police that I am in BJP. Sakshi, a resident of Veer Savarkar Nagar, was continuously posting videos and photos on Facebook trying to incite casteism for a long time. On June 7, the BJP leader wrote on Facebook that this is not right.

The victim says that abusive language was used against me on Facebook. When I went to Veer Savarkar Nagar with my friend, the accused Ajitesh demanded five lakh rupees. He threatened to defame me if I did not pay the money. Subhash Nagar police said that a case has been registered against the husband and wife under extortion and other sections.
