The case is of village Jhande Wali Milk Dalpatpur Veerpur of Mundhapande police station area of Moradabad. Nazmeen (age 60 years), wife of late Fakira, who lives here, has seven children. One of her sons works in Saudi Arabia. The elderly Nazmeen alleges that her son Mohammad Yamin, his wife Nisha Begum, other son Mohammad Mobin and his wife Mujremin often pressure her to sell the land.
The woman told that both the boys sold 2 bighas of land of her share by deceit. Even after this, they pressurized her to sell the remaining land. When she refused, they beat her up. They pushed her out of the house. The old Nazmeen reached the SSP office with a complaint against her sons and daughters-in-law. She narrated her complaint to the SSP. SSP Hemraj Meena assured the old woman of action and directed the police station to take immediate action in the matter.
