Camp organized on the occasion of World Blood Donation Day.
On the occasion of World Blood Donation Day, a health checkup camp was organized under the joint aegis of 7 Air Force Hospital Cantt, Cantonment Board Higher Primary School BI Bazar, Lalkurti and Heartfulness Institute.

Other tests were also conducted in the camp
In the camp organized in the school premises, Air Force doctors conducted free sugar, blood group and BP tests of 50 people including school staff, students and their parents. Air Commodore Shamsher Singh Dalal said that the camp was organized to make people aware about blood donation and to remove misconceptions.
7 people donated blood
7 people donated blood in the camp. Chief guest social worker and advocate Manoj Singh said that organizing a blood donation camp is a symbol of the integrity of the country. A person of any religion or caste can donate blood to anyone. He can also take benefit if needed. He called for blood donation at least three times a year.
Principal Atul Kumar thanked everyone. Zonal coordinator of Heartfulness Institute Shalini Srivastava, CA Ajit Kumar Pandya, Ranjana Sachan, Sunita Singh and Amit Singh were present among others.
