40 MVA transformer went bad
During this time, a 40 MDA power transformer also broke down. When the transformer at Sahara City 132 kV substation broke down, a population of more than one lakh was affected. Many areas of Faizullaganj and Sitapur Road faced problems from 3 pm to 7 pm. Apart from this, an underground cable developed a fault at 6 pm in the RDSO substation of Rajajipuram. Due to this, power supply stopped in many areas including Laxmanpuri and Sheetlapuram. Due to lack of electricity in the evening, there was no water in the houses. Troubled people called the substation. Despite this, power supply did not become normal until 9 pm.
Electricity troubles the whole night
There is frequent power outage throughout the night on Alambagh Natkheda Road. He said that this problem has been there for the past one week. The situation is such that even the inverter of the house gets discharged. If you call the department people, no one picks up the phone. There was a power cut for four hours in Prem Nagar, Vishwashvar Nagar of Alambagh. People were troubled by low voltage in Bazar Khala. Himalayan City Colony located on Bijnor Road had a power cut for four hours during the day.
Trolley transformer overturned in Vrindavan
The trolley transformer overturned in Vrindavan Sector 6C. The transformer was to be taken from Sector 6 to Sector 3 but it overturned midway. However, no accident occurred during this time.
