In the complaint, Kuldeep said that his owner Sami Khan, resident of Bajodi Tola, Thana Ganj, has been duped by a person who claimed to be an officer of the National Highway Authority. Kuldeep said that he is the driver of his owner. The owner has a factory on the highway. A person who told his name as Dinesh Yadav used to wear the uniform of the authority. The person sometimes used Swift Dzire and sometimes Bolero, on which the board of the authority was installed.

By claiming to be an NHAI officer, he deceived the owner by saying that he will not let his owner’s factory be acquired. For this, he duped the owner of Rs. 2 lakh 50 thousand. After that, the person disappeared and switched off his mobile number. On this, Thana Ganj Police, SOG team investigated under the leadership of CO City and this person was caught.
59 thousand rupees were recovered from the accused
SP Rajesh Dwivedi said that the arrested person Qutubuddin is a resident of Gajraula district Amroha and he used to commit fraud by taking vehicles on rent. Police have recovered 59 thousand rupees, mobile and Bolero from the fraud Qutubuddin. Police is also investigating how many more crimes have been committed by the accused person.
