A youth resident of Nighasan police station area of Lakhimpur Kheri threatened to blow up Bahujan Samaj Party chief Mayawati with a bomb. The workers are angry about this. The workers have given a written complaint to the Nighasan police station. Till now the Nighasan police has not registered a case.

Ramesh Kumar, a resident of village Konha Purva, said that he is the Sector President of Bahujan Samaj Party from Ludhori I of Assembly Nighasan. The grocery shop of opposition leader Dhruv Kumar is in front of Nighasan Tehsil Gate. When Ramesh Kumar often goes to buy goods or passes by, Dhruv Kumar makes objectionable comments on former Chief Minister Mayawati. He abuses on protest.
Not only this, Dhruv Kumar even said that if he got a chance to meet former Chief Minister Mayawati, he would fit a bomb in a garland of flowers and make her wear it. When Ramesh Kumar protested against this, he was abused using casteist slurs, for which Ramesh Kumar filed a complaint with the CO and demanded action.
On the other hand, Nighasan police station says that action will be taken after investigation. On the other hand, when an attempt was made to get information on the CO’s CUG number, he could not be contacted.
