In Farrukhabad, from 8 pm tonight, a ban will be imposed on the entry of heavy vehicles on all the borders of the district in view of Ganga Dussehra. The route of vehicles has been diverted on many routes.

In view of Ganga Dussehra, SP Vikas Kumar has banned the entry of heavy vehicles on all borders from 8 pm today till the end of bathing on 16 June. Big vehicles coming from Kanpur and Kannauj will be stopped at Chowki Khudaganj. Vehicles will be diverted from here.
Heavy vehicles going from Chhibramau to Jahanganj will be stopped at Kali river and diverted. Vehicles coming from Mainpuri Bewar will be stopped at Chowki Madanpur and Rohilla intersection and diverted.
The police took stock of the arrangements on the banks of the Ganga in view of Ganga Dussehra.
Vehicles coming from Etah will stop at Aliganj border
Vehicles coming from Etah district will be stopped near Aliganj border Ibrahimpur town Kaimganj Pitora Beriya. Vehicles coming from Shahjahanpur, Bareilly and Hardoi districts will be diverted towards Rajepur Dabri.
ASP Dr Sanjay Kumar Panchal visited the ghat for inspection and inspected the parking spaces for small vehicles. Along with this, he ordered to maintain proper arrangements for electricity and cleanliness at the ghat.
