ACP Panki Tej Bahadur Singh said that two groups of people living in Sachendi, one Narendra Tiwari, Sonu Tiwari and the other Shivdarshan, Usha and Amar Singh, got into a fight over land on Sunday evening. After the fight between the two groups, the ruckus increased so much that several rounds of aerial firing also took place. This spread panic in the entire area. On receiving the information, the force of Sachendi police station reached the spot and taking immediate action, 2-2 persons from both the groups have been taken into custody from the spot.

This controversy came to the fore during the investigation

ACP Panki said that there is a land dispute between the two parties. Amar Singh’s party has been occupying the land for many years and a civil suit is also going on between the two. Today, on Sunday, Amar Singh and Usha tried to start construction work and this dispute started. Both the parties are blaming each other for the incident of assault, firing and stone pelting, regarding which investigation is being done.

No confirmatory evidence has been found regarding the firing by any independent person living nearby or from the site inspection. ACP Panki and adequate police force are present on the spot and peace and order is maintained.
