Water police in-charge RP Maurya said that no devotee was allowed to cross the barricade, due to which no incident came to light. On Monday, despite repeated warnings, two boys and a girl started bathing at the Kachha Ghat and started drowning. With the help of sailors, the soldiers rescued Etraj Singh (17), Aditya Singh (17) and Aradhya Singh (14), residents of Bichhiya Jail Road, Gulali Balika, Gorakhpur district, safely.
