LDA has spent lakhs of rupees in demolishing illegal constructions in Akbarnagar, PM Awas Camp and other works. In such a situation, now to meet its expenses, LDA will sell this debris. A tender has been issued for this. LDA will also get money for this in the tender. Whoever takes it will have to deposit a fixed amount. After this he will remove the debris. LDA will recover the cost of demolishing the houses from this.
Irrigation department got Rs 2.50 crore
The irrigation department has received Rs 2.50 crore on Wednesday for the revival of the Kukrail river. With this, the department will be able to get work done in the urban area from Gomti river to Rahim Nagar. The department will get more budget soon. Within 15 days, the debris of Akbarnagar demolition will be removed and beautification will be started here. LDA will plant about one lakh saplings. It will also install lights by building a road on the Kukrail dam. LDA has included this work in its infrastructure fund. LDA Vice President Dr. Indramani Tripathi said that about 15 acres of land on the banks of Kukrail river has been identified for plantation. DPR of beautification is also being prepared.

All illegal constructions in Akbar Nagar I and II have been demolished. The process of removing the debris will be started, which will be completed within 15 days. The VC said that after removing the debris from the site, the work of beautification will be started. Under this, along with beautifying both the banks of Kukrail river, attractive horticulture work will be done.
