For the people of the state who dream of their house near Noida International Airport, Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) is soon going to bring a plot scheme near Noida International Airport, in which about 6 thousand plots will be available at affordable rates.

Let us tell you that after the selection of the developer of Noida International Airport in the YIDA area, the general public has shown interest in the allotment of various properties located in the authority area. In the previous residential plot scheme of the authority, more than 1.50 lakh applicants had applied for plot allotment. Since then, the need for planning and allotment of small-sized plots for the economically weaker and low-income group under the authority area is being expressed.

The plot can be of 30 square meters

YIDA CEO Arunvir Singh said that the authority is rapidly preparing for this scheme. The authority has allotted about 28900 plots ranging from 60 square meters to 4000 square meters in Sector 16, 17, 18, 20 and 22D, in which it is proposed to bring a scheme of 30 square meter plots on the land marked for the informal sector. The authority is trying to make small plots within the reach of the common man. The total premium of a 30 square meter plot will be Rs 7 lakh 77 thousand as per the current allotment rate of Rs 25,900 per square meter. Yamuna Expressway is located between Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Agra, Mathura, Aligarh. It also provides connectivity to Faridabad. Therefore, this scheme is considered very important.

Employees working in Yida area will get reservation

It is also proposed to make provision for reservation in this scheme. In this, the maximum 25 percent reservation will be given to those workers who are working in the working industrial units allotted by YIDA. Along with this, 5 percent reservation will be provided to the employees of the working institutions allotted by YIDA. Apart from this, 5 percent ex-servicemen, 5 percent war widows, 5 percent SC-ST, 4 percent disabled people will get the benefit of reservation. The remaining 51 percent plots will be allotted to general applicants.

Only eligible applicants can apply

The applicant should be a citizen of India. His age should be more than 18 years. A person can apply only once. Applications of those who have received plots or flats under any scheme will not be considered. The income of the applicant should not be more than three lakh rupees per year. Income certificate should also be attached with the application. Also, there should be a residence certificate from the state government. Along with this, all the successful applicants and allottees under the scheme will not be able to transfer the allotted plot for 10 years. Apart from this, within 60 days of allotment, the applicants will have to deposit 30 percent of the total premium including registration fee and GST (if payable). The remaining 70 percent amount will have to be paid in ten equal installments at 10 percent interest.
