One has to come to SSP office in the sun. SSP told that even for a simple complaint people have to come to the office from far away. Due to which people are very troubled by the heat. Many times due to the large crowd, the complaint is not heard. In such a situation, the complaint of all the people should be heard. Therefore this facility is being given to the people.
