In Bahraich’s Rupaideha, a father killed his one and a half year old innocent son. The accused father stuffed a cloth in his son’s mouth and buried it in straw. The wife has filed a complaint with the police accusing the husband of killing the son due to illicit relations. The police have taken the accused into custody.

The case is of Chitrahiya village of Rupaidiha police station. The one and half year old son Anand of resident Lakshmi Devi was playing with his four year old sister Nidhi Verma in the verandah of the house at 9 o’clock. When his mother Lakshmi went to call him, the innocent was not there. After which the victim started looking for her son nearby. When the son was not found anywhere, she asked her four year old daughter. The daughter told that Papa has gone to Bhusale with Bhaiya (Anand).
In the same straw, the accused father stuffed a cloth in his son’s mouth and buried it in the straw.
The innocent child was lying face down in the haystack
When the victim’s mother went towards the house where the straw was stacked, she saw her husband Sujit coming out. When she went inside, she saw that her son Anand’s mouth was stuck in the straw. She immediately took him out and removed the cloth stuffed in his mouth. She took her innocent son in a critical condition to the health center. Where he died during treatment.
Police arrested the accused husband
The victim’s mother filed a complaint with the police accusing her husband of murdering her son due to illicit relations. After taking the complaint, the police arrested the accused husband and is interrogating him. The police has conducted the postmortem of the innocent child’s body and handed it over to the family.
