A complaint letter of BJP MLA Ramesh Chandra Mishra of Badalpur assembly constituency is rapidly going viral on social media. In which the then Sarpatha police station in-charge Triveni Singh has been accused of corruption, abusing the public and public representatives on a daily basis, illegal liquor and marijuana.

About two weeks ago, a youth made a video of the open smuggling of ganja in the Sarpatha police station area and after sending it to the police officers, made it viral on social media. Angered by this, the then station in-charge Triveni Singh first went to the youth’s house and created a ruckus, then abused the youth over the phone and threatened to kill him.
When this audio went viral on social media, it became the headlines of news channels and newspapers. Even after this, no action was taken against the SHO. Late on Wednesday night, the captain suspended many police station in-charges and transferred the station of many. In this list, Triveni Singh was removed from Sarpathan police station and given the charge of Chandwak.

Triveni Singh, who was made SHO of Chandwak from Sarpatha late on Wednesday night, was suspended on Friday by the district Superintendent of Police Dr. Ajaypal Sharma. As soon as this news was received, there was a stir in the police department.
After the police station in-charge was suspended, the complaint letter of Badalpur MLA Ramesh Chandra Mishra started going viral on social media. In which the MLA had made various allegations against the then Sarpatha police station in-charge and demanded his suspension from the SP.
