In Mainpuri, a young man died after coming in contact with a high tension line. When the family got the information, there was chaos in the family. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot, took the body in custody and sent it for postmortem. The family accused the electricity department of not allowing the high tension line passing near the house to pass.

The incident is from village Ikri Khas of Aucha police station area. According to the information, village resident Rajnesh (43) son of Indrapal had gone to the roof of his house for some work. As soon as he picked up the bamboo kept on the roof and moved it from one place to another, the bamboo collided with the high tension line passing near his house and he received a strong electric shock, due to which his condition became critical.
After checkup in the hospital the doctor declared him dead.
The family took him to the district hospital. Here the doctor declared him dead. The police got the body post-mortem done. The family accused the electricity department of negligence regarding the high tension line.
