Police have arrested two fraudsters who used to lure more than 100 unemployed people by promising them jobs in the aviation sector. In this, those unemployed people were targeted who did not have knowledge of aviation. They used to lure them over the phone and lure them into a company set up by them.

After this, they used to ask for aviation certificate from them. On not getting the certificate, they used to get them admitted in their own two fake institutes and charge full fees in the name of NOC. Also, they used to make calls in the name of training. Fed up with this, the unemployed used to leave from there.
ACP Diksha Singh said- A young woman had shared important information about the members of the gang who cheated people by giving fake certificates after providing training. The police team raided the address given by the victim and arrested Bhagwanta Singh, a resident of Deeg, Rajasthan and Harsh Parihar, a resident of Delhi.
Their partner Shweta Mishra is still absconding. BA, LLB Bhagwanta Singh is the kingpin of the gang. Harsh Parihar used to sit in the office and just make calls. Shweta Mishra is working as the CEO of the company.
ACP Diksha Singh said that after providing training, a young woman had shared important information about the members of the gang who were involved in cheating by giving fake certificates.
These people had rented a place in H Block of Sector 63 for Rs 1.20 lakh per month. These people had opened a company registered for travel and tourism in the name of SRBS Indian Airways, but their real work was to dupe unemployed people.
Dimple Sagar of Dayal Bagh, Agra had complained against them. She had told that these people had cheated her in the name of getting her a job in the aviation sector. The amount of Rs 7 lakh 61 thousand 486 received from the fraud has also been frozen by the police.
They used to target those who had nothing to do with aviation or airport
They used to target unemployed people who had nothing to do with aviation or airport. They used to take their data from internet and call them for job. They used to tell them that they have been selected in our company SRBS Bhartiya Airways. In which you will be given 35 to 40 rupees salary per month along with accommodation, food, medical, PF, travel expenses etc. by the company. Your job will be semi-government.
They used to ask for aviation course certificate by sending offer letter
In order to convince the unemployed, they used to send fake offer letters prepared by the company through e-mail. In which aviation course was demanded. After receiving the offer letter, the unemployed youth used to believe that he has actually got a job.
They asked the unemployed to send their aviation certificate along with their educational documents to SRBS BHARTIYA AIRWAYS’ email hr@bhartiyaairways.com. On this, the unemployed person expressed his inability to submit the aviation certificate.

On not getting the aviation certificate, these people used to trap the unemployed by telling them that BRD Institute India pvt Ltd and Eagle Aviation run by them were cheap and government recognized institutes.
After getting admission, SRBS Bhartiya AIRWAYS asked the candidate to bring NOC from the aviation training institute. If NOC is not given, then it was told that preference will be given to the application of other candidate.
They used to charge full fees in the name of certificate and NOC
When the candidate used to ask for NOC from BRD Institute India pvt Ltd and Eagle Aviation, other associates of the fraudster used to first ask him to pay the entire fee of about 40 to 50 thousand. Seeing that the job was going away, he used to pay the outstanding fee by borrowing money from his acquaintances and relatives. After paying the fee, another 5000 rupees were demanded from him in the name of the project to extort more money from him. Seeing no other way out, the candidate used to pay that money too.
After extorting money, they used to throw people out by asking absurd questions
After extorting money, the candidate was asked absurd questions in English in the name of interview and if he could not answer them, he was failed and sent away. If a candidate somehow passed the interview, he was made to make calls to trap other unemployed people in the name of training without paying any salary. When the candidate became exhausted due to the expenses while working without any income, he himself left the company.
They used to threaten legal action on protesting
When any candidate protested, a legal notice was sent to him in connivance with the lawyers known to him, demanding Rs 5,00,000 as compensation for causing harm to the company.
Due to which the candidate and his family used to get upset and sit at home. In the name of aviation, Rs 50000 was taken from each unemployed person and after doing a fake aviation course, a certificate of HOSPITALITY was given.
