A meeting was held in the auditorium of the Municipal Council of Bhadohi on Tuesday under the chairmanship of District Malaria Officer Ramashray Pal for sensitization regarding the communicable disease control campaign. In which the councilors and sanitation heroes were made aware of the communicable disease control campaign being run.

The campaign will be run from 1 to 31 July

District malaria officer Ramashrya Pal said that a campaign will be run for communicable disease control from 1 to 31 July. In this campaign, the drains and chambers of the city have to be cleaned. By running a campaign, bushes have to be cleaned and anti-larvae spraying has to be done. Bleaching powder and malathion powder should be sprayed.

He said that fogging of mosquito repellent medicine should be continued in the city. Everyone was motivated to take action for supply of pure drinking water, prevention of use of shallow hand pumps etc. The District Malaria Officer told the councilors to make people aware of communicable diseases in their respective wards. So that this disease can be controlled.

On this occasion, Executive Officer Dharamraj Singh, Sanitation and Food Inspector Mithilesh Kumar, Junior Engineer Water Ravi Kumar Vishwakarma, Block Program Manager Chandra Prakash Rao, UNICEF Kafeel Ahmed, Councilor Haseeb Khan, Ajay Dubey, Dinesh Patel and Pradeep Yadav along with others were present.
