The police reached the spot on receiving the information and sent the body for postmortem. The police have picked up some people from the village and madrasa for questioning based on the allegations and suspicions of the family.

The shepherd who saw the dead body of the child said that he had come near the well with the goats. Then he saw a yellow sack floating in the well. He got suspicious after seeing the sack. He informed other people of the village. Police was also called on the spot.

The sack was taken out in front of the police. When the sack was opened, the dead body of the child was found. There are no marks of injury on the body. The body appears to be only a day old. The child’s house is 2 kilometers away from the madrasa. The child’s name is Aalim. He was the only child in his house. On receiving the information, the child’s family members reached the spot crying.

The child’s family members who reached the spot said, we were continuously looking for our child. We left him in the madrasa 5 days ago so that he could stay here and study. He could understand things related to religion. But our child was brutally killed.

The people of the madrasa have killed him and thrown him away. Strict action should be taken against my son’s killers. These people did not tell us anything even after the child went missing. We got the information from the people of the village.

In this case, Additional Superintendent of Police Vijay Shankar Mishra said that the child’s father Athar Ali has given an application to the police station. He told that he had admitted his son Alim to a madrasa in Soura two months ago. He had left his son in the madrasa 5 days ago.

On Saturday evening, he went out of the madrasa to roam around with other children and did not return to the madrasa. Today my son’s body was found. Strict action should be taken against those who killed my son. The forensic team is collecting evidence from the spot. Two police teams have been deployed to solve the murder.
