Due to the rain, people have got relief from the scorching heat. According to the information received from the Meteorological Department, rain is expected for the next 4 to 5 days.

According to the Meteorological Department, in the next 24 hours, moderate to dense clouds are forecast in eastern Uttar Pradesh, light to moderate rainfall, and eastern and western winds are forecast to blow at normal speed. The water level of Rapti river and the drains originating from Nepal is at warning level; the water level of Rapti river has increased due to rain in Balrampur.

The water level was recorded at 103,180 on Tuesday

In the last two days, the water level of Saryu has increased by 50 cm. On Tuesday, the water level was recorded at 103.180. The water level has increased in many mountain streams including Henha, Gauriya, Kachni, Dhebainia originating from Nepal. Due to which there is a danger of flood in the nearby villages. Some villages are flooded due to which the movement of people has been disrupted. People have lost contact with the headquarters.

Increase in the water level of Hengha Nala

Many villages submerged Due to the intermittent rains in Balrampur since Saturday, the water level of the rivers and streams is constantly increasing. Due to which the river has come to the warning level. The hill streams are overflowing. The water level of the Hengha stream has increased a lot due to which Parsahwa, Madargarh and Kamdi have been flooded, which has affected the movement of people.
