Greater Noida Authority has launched a scheme of 05 builder plots. The facility of downloading the brochure and registration of this scheme will start from Tuesday. Greater Noida Authority will earn about 500 crore rupees on the basis of reserve price from the allotment of these 05 plots.

On the instructions of CEO of Greater Noida Authority NG Ravi Kumar, the builder department has launched a scheme of 05 builder plots. A total of 99 thousand square meters of land will be allotted through this scheme. These plots are located in Omicron One A, Mu, Sigma Three, Alpha Two, Pi One and Two.
These plots range from 3999 sq m to 30470 sq m area. Its brochures are available on the Greater Noida Authority website www.greaternoidaauthority.in. These can be downloaded.
This is how you can do it online
Online application for these plots can be made through SBI portal https://etender.sbi. Its link has also been given on the website of Greater Noida Authority. The last date for registration in this scheme is 23 July. Registration fee, EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) and processing fee is 26 July 2024.
About 8 thousand new flats can be built
The last date for submitting documents is 29th July. Possession of these plots will be given as soon as they are allotted. After allotment of all these 05 plots, about 8 thousand new flats can be built. Authority CEO NG Ravi Kumar says that Greater Noida has the highest greenery in NCR. Greater Noida is better than other cities in terms of infrastructure and connectivity. Greater Noida is a very good option for residence.
