Hospital license revoked in Agra | Hospital license revoked in Agra: Commissioner had conducted investigation, ADA has also issued notice – Agra News



The Health Department has cancelled the license of Yashwant Hospital and Trauma Centre located in New Agra, Agra. This action has been taken on the basis of the report of the committee constituted by the Commissioner. ADA has already given notice to vacate the hospital. Despite this, the hospital is still functioning.

Four notices have been issued in two years
ADA has given four notices to the hospital in two years. Even after this, no action has been taken. The first notice was given on 6 August 2022, the second notice on 7 June 2023, the third notice on 16 June and the fourth notice on 14 June 2024. Every time instructions were given to vacate the hospital. But no action has been taken on the notices in two years.

The case was filed two years ago

A case was filed in New Agra Police Station by Suraj Bhan Agarwal, resident of C-28 New Agra, against Dr. SS Bhagor, director of Yashwant Hospital, New Agra and his wife Hema Singh. Suraj Bhan had alleged that Dr. Bhagor had got the registration of his place done fraudulently. A case has already been filed in this matter.
