In Unnao, the nephew died due to electric current passing through the supporting wire of the pole. On getting the information of the accident, the family members started crying. On getting the information, the police reached the spot, took the body in their custody and sent it for postmortem. The case is of Mandi Yard situated on Sandila road of the city.

Sanjay (17), son of Virendra Yadav who hails from Sarsaiyaan Purva Bhadohi village of Thana Thathiya in Kannuaj, was coming to his maternal home in Behta Mujawar. On the way, the teenager met his maternal uncle Arvind Yadav in the town of Bangarmau. From there the uncle and nephew were going to Gosha Prayagpur village sitting on a tractor. On the way, they parked the tractor near Krishi Utpadan Mandi yard on Sandiala Road of the city and started eating samosas at a shop. Then suddenly Sanjay caught hold of the supporting wire of the electric pole. As soon as he touched the wire, Sanjay got burnt by the electric current.
Relatives reached the postmortem house.

Uncle Virendra somehow separated his nephew from the wire by holding his shoe and took him to CHC. Where the doctor declared him dead. The family has been informed about his death. As soon as the news was received, there was wailing in Sanjay’s family and maternal grandparents’ house. Police said that necessary action is being taken after investigation.
